Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Best Brakes.

1. Orders and delivery

All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Best Brakes. We may vary prices from time to time due to price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. Best Brakes will deliver the goods to the location you specify in your order, within the agreed timeframe, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by us (phone or email) as soon as possible.

2. Returns and refunds

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be directly transferred via bank deposit within a reasonable number of days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via email or phone and send your item to PO BOX 267, Wyong, 2259, NSW

If you would like to exchange an incorrectly ordered part for the correct one, please place a new order for the correct item and follow the return process outlined below for the incorrect part.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: ‘Best Brakes’ Unit 15B/1 Dulmison Ave, Wyong NSW 2259. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are the buyers’ responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving product via email at info@bestbrakes.com.au or phone 1300 728 969 so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

3. Prices and Payment

Your order details are safe and secure. All personal information provided to Best Brakes is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet. At this stage we can only accept payments using the methods stated in the Orders & payment section of this web site.

4. Products

All our products are provided to you well packed and in good condition. If there is a problem with your product (or packaging), please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss.

5. Your Account

You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person. You agree to release Best Brakes in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your user name or password. Best Brakes may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.

6. Images and Graphics

Best Brakes aims to include up-to-date images and/or graphics of all of the goods on this web site. However, pictures of the goods may differ in colour from the actual goods. We recommend you read and follow the instruction/care labels to get the longest use of your items.

7. Privacy

Best Brakes will comply with our Privacy Statement. We will not reveal your personal information to external organisations.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update our Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
