- Orders are processed promptly during business hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is complete.
- Changes or cancellations to orders can be accommodated if requested before the order has been processed for shipping.
- Orders placed before 12:00pm on the same business day will be processed and shipped pending availability of stock.
Payment
Our website is hosted in a PCI DSS compliant data centre in Australia. Your details are safe and protected throughout the entire transaction. Your credit card details are not kept on our system and are safely transacted using the PayPal payment gateway.
Best Brakes offers our customers the following online payment options

Payment Processing:
- All Payments are processed immediately upon placing an order except for Direct Deposit. Customers have to make a payment to our bank account directly and confirmation of payment has to be checked before order can be processed.

Phone Orders
Payment over the phone is available to all customers who wish to make a purchase through our online store but prefer to pay via phone.
We Accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard and Eftpos)
A payment processing fee of 1% is applied to all card transactions over the phone only. The fee of 1% includes GST.
Payments over the phone are available during our business hours: Weekdays 8:30am – 4:30pm.
Returns / Refunds on orders made over the phone will require the customer providing us with BSB and ACC number for a direct bank transfer.
Shipping Policy

- We offer standard shipping via Auspost for all orders within Australia, NZ and most areas North America (Temporarily Suspended)
- Express shipping is available in Australia only at an additional cost and can be selected during checkout.
2. Shipping Rates:
- Standard shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination address.
- Express shipping rates are provided at checkout based on the selected shipping method.
- Australian orders over 5kg may incur additional shipping charges.
- Flat rate shipping to New Zealand, most of North America (Temporarily Suspended), Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland covers parcels up to 1.5kg in item weight. We reserve the right to invoice additional shipping costs if the total parcel weight exceeds this limit.
3. Order Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment verification.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
4. Shipping Restrictions:
- Flat rate shipping is only available for orders to Australia, New Zealand, most of North America (Temporarily Suspended), Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. For all other countries, please inquire before placing your order.
5. Delivery Times:
- Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.
- Express shipping provides faster delivery times as specified during checkout.
- International shipping is estimated to be between 5-12 business days for delivery of items that are classified as low value and low risk that are pre-cleared through customs.

- While we strive to deliver your order promptly, please note that carrier issues may occasionally impact delivery times.
7. Order Tracking:
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number through the carrier’s website.
8. Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made an error in shipping your order or the product received is defective.
9. Undeliverable Packages:
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address provided by the customer, insufficient address information, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
